CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Half Day is 4 Hours

One Day is 24 Hours

One Week is 5 Days for Powered Items such as Utes, Chippers, Excavators, Trenchers, etc.

One Week is 7 Days for Un-Powered Items such as Scaffolding, Ladders, Acrow Props, etc.

We charge for time out of our yard, not time used.

Delivery and pick up available, charges apply.

Hirer is fully responsible for care & safe keeping of equipment.

There is no insurance cover unless specifically stated on the front of the contract along with the excess payable by the hirer in the event of damage or loss.

Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be charged in full to the hirer.
